Global Geomatics Limited was formed in September 2006 to provide hydrographic services to the Oil and Gas Industry.

 

Global Geomatics can provide onshore project management, hydrographic system design and integration, cable route design and offshore construction representation.

 

Global Geomatics has been involved with many major offshore projects, the most recent being in Norway during the deepwater lay of the Ormen Lange gas pipeline. Past major projects include involvement of the Prestige Oil tanker intervention works, trans Atlantic and Pacific cable route surveys, aircraft search and recovery as well as numerous smaller construction projects and vessel commissioning and mobilisation.
